Challenge
In late 2016, Super Hospitality was approached by the client to brand their serviced apartment business and position it in the Brussels market. At the time the company didn’t have a well-defined brand or a website in place to promote their offer. The absence of identity, consistent visual language, as well as marketing tools resulted in an unavoidable dependency on external online travel agencies (OTAs) to get bookings for their listings. The client brief, therefore, was to create a unique & sustainable solution to build brand awareness, increase client retention and decrease dependency on external platforms. Having their own brand, website & digital marketing on which to advertise their apartments would give them the ability to increase market outreach and have access to the right tools to target & attract customers.

The outcome was the formation of the ‘Rentin Brussels’ brand, featuring a unique identity that combined the perfect balance of modernity and sophistication to appeal to different target groups. Branded collateral in the form of corporate letterheads, business cards and other marketing materials were also created as a part of the assignment. The design and development of a responsive website followed, with the implementation of a booking platform and the preparation of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to ensure strong online visibility, drive traffic to the website and convert visitors into customers.
